Consumers, family members, caregivers, veterans, and professionals are encouraged to contact the ADRC with questions about community resources and services.
The ADRC is a joint vision of the Administration for Community Living and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The program’s main goal is to streamline access to information regarding services, and programs that allow people to remain as independent as possible.
