BRIEF: Fayetteville man living in nursing home accused of sex offense

Aug. 24--A man living at Haymount Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is accused of sexually assaulting a female resident, according to arrest documents in the Cumberland County Magistrate's Office.
Robert Louis Russell, 76, was charged Thursday with first-degree forced sex offense.
No other information was available.
Russell was told not to return to the center at 2346 Barrington Circle, documents said.
Bail was set at $50,000.
