The Area Agency on Aging for the Western Colorado (Region 11) is part of the aging network established by the Older Americans Act to serve as advocates for older persons and to be focal points for accessing services. Dave Norman is the AAA Director. The Area Agency on Aging coordinates, funds and delivers services to benefit older adults and their family caregivers. Services include information and referral, case management, in-home services, Long Term Care Ombudsman, respite and caregiver services, fitness programs, and congregate and home-delivered meals.
