More than I ever expected is what I received from this excellent agency with a superb compassionate caring staff. I would have been locked away into a nursing home if it weren't for the efforts of this agency. They were able to address the needs of my disability which enabled me to stay in my own place.

I’ve yet to have a problem with ACMI, they’ve done their bit and I’ve done mine. If you don’t advocate for yourself or your loved ones how is it someone else’s fault that things don’t get done. This Agency is a lifesaver for my Father. So thank you for the help and hard work put in each and every day.

ACMI is being a disaster for me currently. I got out of a surgery rehad on the 16th of March and have been trying to reinstate HBCS service with ACMI since then without any success. I am a paraplegic, in a wheelchair, with most of my body paralazied and have been getting HBCS for about 34 years . I have had an agency ready to provide the service since 16th of March. ACMI have delayed every step of the process, and when Medicaid sent then the authorization Tuesday 5 May, which they have acknowledge receiving that day, I still have no service today 14 May 2020. What is going on with ACMI?

I'm not impressed with this agency, I only meet my worker when I was signed up. I've not heard from her since. Social services had to be brought to even get a call back. Yet when asked for I was told it's not her job! That's seems to be a favorite statement here in Longmont,CO.
