Duggan is expected to expand access of the vaccine to the city's disabled residents and introduce Christopher Samp, newly hired to lead the office of Disability Affairs. Samp is expected to outline the strategy to address Detroit's disability community.

The Office of Disability Affairs "is a priority for the administration as the unique needs of the disabled community are not always fully addressed with the needs of the general population," a news release from the City of Detroit said.
