The role of the Public Defender is to provide reasonable and effective representation for indigent individuals who are charged with the commission of a crime in either Boulder or Broomfield counties. The Office of the Public Defender represents persons charged in felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - noon & 1:30 pm. - 5:00 pm.
