The Boulder Age Well Center offers a wide range of social, cultural, educational, and wellness programs as well as numerous drop-in activities. Information on current programs and activities can be found in the quarterly magazine or on their website.
Housed within the Age Well Centers is Older Adult Services which addresses the basic needs of older adults, optimizing physical and mental health and well-being, promoting social and civic engagement, and maximizing independence for frail and disabled seniors.
Programs and services include but are not limited to in-depth resource consultations and/or short-term case management with a Case Manager, printed and website materials, caregiver education and support, bill payer volunteers, classes, sports and fitness, wellness, trips and outings, and nutrition services. Eat Well Cafe, at the West Age Well Center, serves as the meal site for Boulder seniors. Spanish speaking staff available. Project Visibility Certified.
West Age Well Center: Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm
East Age Well Center: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
